Library Rules & Regulations

1. Each student is issued a Library Card upon showing their ID card.
2. Three books are issued for 15 days on one card. Books can be re-issued for another 15 days after return.
3. Library cards are non-transferable.
4. Students must be physically present with their card to borrow books.
5. To keep books for exam preparation, a security deposit must be made, which is refunded after deducting Rs. 50/- upon returning books in good condition.
6. Admit cards/Hall tickets are issued only after obtaining a "No Dues Certificate" from the library.
7. The safety of borrowed books is the responsibility of the student.
8. Damaged or lost books must be paid for in full by the student.
9. Complete silence must be maintained in the library/reading hall.
